1. Parties and scope.
These terms govern the use of HeyOn, provided by Patrion İleri Teknoloji Sistemleri A.Ş. ("Patrion"), by a subscribing organisation ("Organisation") and the users it authorises. A separate service agreement between the Organisation and Patrion prevails.
2. Accounts.
Users join only by invitation or approval of an Organisation administrator. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Users keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity in their accounts.
3. WhatsApp Business Platform.
The Organisation connects its own Meta business account and WhatsApp Business account to HeyOn and must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable Meta terms, including obtaining opt-in before messaging. Meta conversation charges are borne by the Organisation.
4. Acceptable use.
HeyOn may not be used for spam, misleading or unlawful content, content infringing others' rights, malware, or attempts to compromise the service.
5. Organisation data.
Content the Organisation sends and receives in HeyOn belongs to the Organisation. Patrion processes it only to provide the service and in line with the Privacy Policy. The Organisation is responsible for the lawfulness of the content, informing its own customers and obtaining required consents.
6. Service and changes.
Patrion provides the service with reasonable care; maintenance or events beyond its control may cause interruptions. Features may evolve.
7. Fees.
As set out in the Organisation's agreement or subscription plan.
8. Limitation of liability.
Except for intent, gross negligence and mandatory law, Patrion is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data; Patrion's total liability is limited to the fees the Organisation paid for HeyOn in the 12 months before the damage arose.
9. Termination.
The Organisation may terminate; Patrion may suspend for material breach. On termination the Organisation has 30 days to export its data, after which it is deleted.
10. Governing law.
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts and enforcement offices of İzmir (Central).
